This balcony repair includes everything from the frame to the paint. We removed the damaged concrete and frame, we installed a new frame, apply concrete and waterproofing. This project also includes repairing a wall damaged by water penetration. We removed the damaged frame, completely redo the wall, and replace the old air conditioner with a new one.
